The Beginning

After 26 years in business operations management, founder was laid off. Identified a gap in the market: existing AI tools don't understand real business operations.

Asked an AI platform for help building a business intelligence tool. It said it couldn't. That was the spark.

March - August 2025

Self-Education Phase

With zero coding background, founder taught himself AI development through trial and error. Completed Harvard CS50, Google Cloud courses, and hands-on projects.

Built first working prototype using open-source models and cloud infrastructure.

September - November 2025

MVP Development

Successfully fine-tuned AI models on business-specific datasets. Created working demo of core product functionality.

Added co-founder with computer science background to accelerate development.

December 2025

Current Status

Finalizing product architecture and deployment infrastructure. Preparing for Q1 2026 launch.

Seeking cloud infrastructure support to reduce development costs and accelerate time to market.

Why Google for Startups Cloud Program: GPU compute costs are our largest expense. Cloud credits would extend runway by 3-6 months and enable faster iteration on model training and deployment.

We're building lean, moving fast, and proving the concept before seeking outside capital.
